Once they were out from below, Vincent slipped his arm out of Crystal's. They didn't go in together like that, so why leave like that?

Cerys's form shifted once more into her elven one as they moved away from the bar and it's overpopulation.
"Amrik was suspicious as the nine hells. I highly doubt the deals he's making with desperate Elturians are in their favor." She frowned deeply at the thought.
"But I also think that as long as he thinks we're useful for him, he won't treat us as a threat. Besides, we're already getting cultists confronting us in the middle of crowded taverns. I doubt my shifting into something furrier because of anxiety is going to make us more of a target."

Jinn gave the crows a long look and a nod before they made their way from the ship to the docks. It was always a good idea to pay the crows their respects. The others conversed and he loosened up. By the time they were past the docks, his hands came from his pockets and his gait turned limber.
"Guy wouldn't surround himself with big dudes if he could take one on the jaw. I think the only reason he didn't start nothin' was because he knew we'd make his day real, real bad." He shook his head. "... No reason to ruin his lip hair just yet. Maybe if those deals turn out to be rotten, but that's a problem for a different day. Today's issues.." He sighed and looked skyward.
"Think Imma pay Rhogar a visit, see if he knows who this Fagin guy is. Unless that name rings any bells for you, Rey? You got people here?"

Rey shook her head. "I ain't from here. Be hells surprised if'n anyone I knew showed up." She picked at a claw. "Gotta be careful with types no matter where'n you are, though. If'n Amrik wants this guy dealt with, I doubt he's small time."

Crystal grunted, making a soft show of being annoyed that Vincent was unlinking them, but he'd know immediately that any sour emotions were false. Besides, she only had a second to huff at him, before Jinn and Cerys pressed the important matters forward.
"I don't know the name either, unfortunately. But I'm with Rey-- someone's who's someone has to know him. Unless he's just a deadbeat who hasn't payed back a loan, we might be getting ourselves deeper into some big muck. Hopefully, he's thinking we can get done whatever he wants, and isn't just throwing us at an undead wizard because we're expendable and he needs to at least make a show of force or something stupid."
